Café Florentino’s Menu del Giorno is a two- or three-course prix-fixe celebrating seasonal Italian cooking, designed for midweek lunches, relaxed dinners and pre-theatre dining.
Guests can choose from a rotating selection of favourites — perhaps wagyu bresaola with gnocchi fritti, or zucchini blossoms with lemon-scented whipped ricotta to begin. Mains might include housemade rigatoni alla vodka or the grilled fish of the day with pesto Pantesco.
Dessert continues the tradition: Florentino’s signature tiramisu, panna cotta with wood-fired balsamic strawberries, or chocolate tart with Amarena cherry and Gippsland Jersey cream.
