Allergy Disclaimer

At Florentino, we take dietary requirements & allergies very seriously. While we take steps to minimise risk & safely handle the foods that contain potential allergens, please be advised that cross contamination may occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control. At Florentino, we make every effort to identify ingredients that may cause allergic reactions for those individuals with food allergies. However we cannot guarantee completely allergy-free meals. This is due to the potential of trace allergens in the working environment & supplied ingredients. Please provide as much information as possible concerning any allergies & dietary requirements in advance of dining with us.

Cancellation & Changes in Numbers

We require a minimum notice period of 48 hours to cancel or amend a booking, or to change the number of guests attending. This request must be submitted in writing via email or advised over the phone to one of our reservations staff & must be outside of the notice period to not incur a fee. Cancellations or changes to the numbers within the notice period will result in a $100 per person charge made to the credit card on file.

Photography

Flash photography, tripods, and professional photographers are not permitted in Florentino without prior approval from our reservations team. We kindly ask that you respect the privacy of all our guests while dining with us.

Sunday & Public Holiday Surcharge

All Sunday bookings incur a 10% surcharge & all bookings that fall on a Public Holiday incur a 15% surcharge.
